Social Security Disability

If the Government has turned you down, we can help you appeal.

Under the Social Security Act created by the Federal Government, those persons who are unable to continue working because of serious physical or mental impairments may be entitled to receive Social Security Disability benefits. Those who have worked during their lifetime may be entitled to receive those benefits regardless of their income levels. Also, persons suffering from serious physical or mental impairments, regardless of their work history, may be entitled to receive Supplemental Security Income if the family's assets and income
are minimal.

If your application is denied by the Government, you have the right to appeal. We can help you establish medical evidence which proves impairments so serious that you are unable to work in any capacity within the labor force.

Steeg & Glista, P.C. represents persons with Social Security appeals through a contingent fee system, charging a fee only if you win past due benefits.
